CODE OF CONDUCT
We take the safety and privacy of our members and their guests very seriously.
These rules exist to foster a safe, trusting and relaxed environment in which participants can express themselves openly and with candour.
1. Photography, video/audio recordings, and streaming of any kind are strictly prohibited at all VOLTIS events, unless stated otherwise.
2. Publicly identifying any member at a VOLTIS event is strictly prohibited, as is describing details about the event itself or any member benefit unless this information has been publicly disclosed by VOLTIS.
The date, time, location, and nature of upcoming events are to be treated as confidential information. Information about previous member events may be published by VOLTIS, in which case the information published by VOLTIS to the public domain will no longer be considered confidential.
3. We have a zero-tolerance policy for all speech or actions reasonably considered unacceptable behavior both inside and outside the organisation.
4. Phone calls, VoIP calls and the like are prohibited at all VOLTIS events but may be taken or made in designated areas outside of the event space. If you are unsure as to where this is, we kindly ask that you enquire with a member of staff. Texting is permitted.
5. Members are responsible for ensuring their guests adhere to the VOLTIS Code of Conduct. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend membership and restrict access to future events at our discretion.
6. Members and their guests are strictly prohibited from misrepresenting their affiliation with VOLTIS in any form. This includes, but is not limited to, falsely claiming to represent, speak on behalf of, or act under the authority of VOLTIS; using the VOLTIS name, logo, or branding in any capacity, including in private online groups, social media, verbal statements, or any other form of communication; implying involvement in the management, operations, or decision-making of VOLTIS London Ltd; or creating, administering, or promoting any group, forum, or platform, online or otherwise, that is presented as being associated with or endorsed by VOLTIS, without prior written permission.
7. Membership is limited to individuals aged 18 or over. Guests of members must also be over 18 to attend events or participate in activities. We reserve the right to request proof of age and deny access if this requirement is not met. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of membership.
8. Disclaimer: We take all reasonable steps to ensure a safe and respectful environment; however, VOLTIS London Ltd accepts no liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage associated with participation in VOLTIS events, activities or member offers. This does not exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
